Round trampolines: Measure the outer FRAME, not the mat.
- The trampoline should be assembled with the jumping mat and all springs attached.
- Measure across the centre from the outside edge of the metal frame to the opposite outside edge.
- Take the measurement in two different directions and use the average.
Springs: count & measure tip‑to‑tip
- Count all the springs around your trampoline to know the quantity.
- Remove one spring and measure it unstretched from tip to tip (include both hooks).
- Check that your spring length matches our part options before ordering.
Rectangular trampolines: Measure the outer FRAME, not the mat.
- The trampoline should be assembled with the jumping mat and all springs attached.
- Measure across the length of the trampoline from the outside of the frame to the outside.
- Repeat across the other direction to get the width.

Safety‑net poles: count & check pole diameter
- Count the poles that support your enclosure/safety net.
- Measure the outside diameter of a pole (use a ruler or calipers).
- Note any special fittings (T‑junctions, U‑bolts, caps) so we can match replacements.
Important: The frame should only be measured if all the springs are properly attached and the jumping mat is installed.
FAQs
Do I measure the mat or the frame?
Always measure the outside edge of the metal frame. Do not measure the jumping mat.
Should I have the trampoline assembled?
Yes. Measurements are most accurate when the mat and springs are installed and the frame is fully assembled.
What if my measurements are between sizes?
Take measurements in two directions and use the average. If unsure, contact us and we’ll help you choose correctly.
