Warranty Policy

Proof of purchase required. Warranty terms commence from the date of purchase.

1) Warranty Periods & Coverage

“Return to Base” means the warranty covers parts/replacement only and excludes labour and freight.

2) Conditions & Limitations

  • Applies to the original purchaser only; second-hand purchases are excluded and void warranty.
  • Valid for domestic use only. Commercial or rental use invalidates the warranty.
  • Coverage is limited to defective components under normal use. Labour and freight/shipping are not covered.
  • Replacements are one-off. Once replaced under warranty, no further replacements are issued for the same claim.
  • Transit issues: if an item arrives damaged or appears faulty, you must notify us within 10 working days with photos.

3) Exclusions (What’s Not Covered)

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., rusting of steel components, UV deterioration of fabrics, spring stretch).
  • Sun exposure, neglect, misuse or abuse, incorrect installation or maintenance.
  • Damage from storms, accidents, or other external events.
  • All freight charges are non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility.
Saltwater & Bore-Water Environments

If assembled within 1.6 km of saltwater or subject to ocean spray (evidenced by salt crystallisation), the warranty value is reduced by 50%.

4) How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Within the applicable warranty period, email us with your proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.
  2. We may request inspection or additional information to assess the claim.
  3. If approved, we will provide a replacement of the faulty part. Labour and freight costs are not covered.

5) Change of Mind & Returns

  • Please choose carefully. We don’t provide refunds for change of mind or wrong decisions.
  • Trampolines cannot be returned once removed from cartons and assembled.
  • Incorrect orders or misuse of discount codes are the purchaser’s responsibility; credits are not applied after checkout.
  • If an item cannot be repaired or exchanged, any refund issued will be less postage costs.

6) Quick Answers (FAQ)

What does “one-off replacement” mean?

When a defective part is replaced under warranty, the obligation under this warranty is fulfilled for that defect and no further replacements are issued for the same claim.

Do you cover labour or shipping?

No. This is a parts/replacement warranty only. Labour and all freight/shipping charges are excluded.

Can I leave the Smart Shade on?

We recommend removing it when not in use. Wind damage is not covered and leaving it fitted may damage the net or shade.
