Is my preferred item in stock?

If the item is listed as available on our website, then yes, it is in stock and available to be collected at our warehouse or ordered online. We keep large quantities of stock on hand.

 

 

Do I have to order online if I would like to collect my item?

No. You can simply drop into our warehouse and purchase / pay at the shop. We will have your items ready for you in less than a couple of minutes! We accept Visa / Mastercard / Cash or Eftpos. If you prefer to use Paypal, you can order online & select ‘local pick-up’ then drop in to collect.

 

 

When will my trampoline be ready for collection or dispatch?

We hold all stock at our warehouse, so your items are actually at our warehouse and ready to be collected or shipped immediately! You don’t need to call to advise that you will be collecting, simply drop in during opening hours. (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 10-4 and Saturdays 10-1)

 

 

How do I get a shipping price?

We deliver Australia wide in under 7 days from dispatch. Click on the item you are interested in on the website, then enter your postcode for an instant postage quote.

 

 

How do I know what size my trampoline is?

We strongly advise to measure prior to purchasing replacement parts as different brands have different specifications. Our parts do suit most other brands, however it is essential to determine the size first.

 

 

How does your lay-by work? 

Our lay-by is a very flexible online system where you can simply log in at any time and make payments of your choice. Do you have any trampolines set up at your warehouse for our kids to try?

YES! We do, and we love when our customers bring their kids for a JUMP to try them out! We have 8 trampolines on display and we encourage you to bring your children for a bounce!

 

 

I’ve finished paying off my lay-by – what now?

Once your lay-by is finalised, please let us know so we can confirm delivery details and arrange to ship your trampoline.

 

 

What is the difference between the Rectangle trampolines and the Retro?

The Rectangle trampolines allow for an enclosure to be attached or removed from the trampoline. The Retro trampolines have 2 large legs under the trampoline, and this style can be ‘flipped’ on its side for storage or lawn maintenance. An enclosure cannot be fitted to a Retro trampoline. They both have the same weight capacity, the same bounce and the same spring length.

 

 

I’d like a combined shipping price

Simply add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart, and the website will combine shipping to offer you a reduced rate for several items.

 

 

I’ve bought the wrong size part – can I return it?

Yes, you are welcome to return the item as long as it is in new condition.

Important: You will need to include your contact number (mobile or work number during business hours) as well as your order details so we know that the package is from you.

Once we receive the order your payment for the item (not including shipping costs) will be refunded.

Do you have stores or agents in other cities or states?

No. Jump Star is a warehouse direct operation, which is why our prices are unbeatable. We ship Australia-wide and avoid any extra charges to our amazing prices by cutting out the ‘retailers’ commission! We find that even with shipping, our prices are still more competitive than other retailers – not to mention our quality!

 

 

I live in another state – how do I know your trampolines are good?
